Welcome To The Nicollet County Fair

2010 Nicollet County 

Final plans for the 2010 Nicollet County which will be held in St. Peter, on August 11th - 15th.  There will be a few new free entertainment shows during the fair, please check the schedule as to their times.  Grandstand entertainment will once again be the same as previous years, Thursday night, Truck and Tractor Pull, Friday and Saturday the Demo Derbies, and Sunday the Compact Car Races.  Minnesota Magic Amusements will also be on the grounds.

Advance ride tickets and the all event grandstand tickets will go on sale sometime in July and August.  These are dollar savings for parents and those who attend the grandstand events each day/night.

We will once again have our free sandwiches on opening night of the fair, courtesy of the Nicollet County Fair Board of Directors and Minnesota Magic Amusement.  Music entertainment by the Nessel Band will be playing for your listening enjoyment from 4:30 to 8:30, followed by Willie Pelton at 9:00.  The ever popular Pfeffer Tournament will be also taking place Wednesday night.  

We are still trying line up a couple of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders and representatives from the Vikings Association to again be at the fair one afternoon.  Many new and returning commercial exhibitors, food vendors are looking forward to seeing you at the Nicollet County Fair.

Reserve August 11th - 15th, 2010 for the county fair and remember the wristband passes for the midway rides or all events grandstand passes which become available in July and August at participating locations in Lafayette, Nicollet, and St. Peter.  They are at a discounted price prior to the start of the fair, so get yours and save money!
